Select one which best suits your needs and click on it. You will be directed to a secured online logo design order form. The first part is a personal information questionnaire. Please fill in your name, the company’s name, as well as your email and mailing address.

The second part is very important to the logo design process and will help us create the right image for your company. Please take your time. We need to know your field of business, your company’s philosophy and any ideas you may have for the logo design. At ConnecTheDot we are committed to protecting your privacy.

You will then get a chance to process your payment in real time by using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover or PayPal.

We guarantee that the transaction is carried out with the highest security possible. After receiving the order form, ConnecTheDot will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm your order and answer any questions concerning your logo design process.

After your payment has been received, we will begin working on your logo design project. You will be notified by phone or email, and will be given a web address for your own private project page. A team of 2 to 4 designers will collaborate on each logo design project. In 2 – 5 business days we will present 6 or 8 initial logo designs (depending on the package).

On your web page, you will have an option to choose a final logo design or request changes on the posted samples.

Your input will be processed accordingly. We will begin working on your revisions immediately. Simple changes will be completed in one business day. You can take your time viewing the designs – there is no time limit on any of the packages and unlimited changes.

If you are not happy with any of the presented variations, we will provide you with one redraw session with a new set of concepts free of charge.

When all the changes have been completed to your satisfaction and you finalized your logo design, you may be asked for stationery information, depending on the package you chose. Your stationery design consists of two business card and letterhead versions and one envelope design. Up to 6 names on the cards are included. The layouts will be viewed and approved on the same private web page and unlimited changes can be applied to your stationery design.

When you feel completely satisfied with the final work, we will ask for your approval and send you a Logo Kit with the included files: GIF, JPEG, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG-24 (transparent), TIFF in RGB colors along with a short manual entitled “Read Me.txt”. You will receive business card, envelope, and letterhead layout designs in AI, PDF, and EPS in RGB and CMYK colors. Your kit will be sent in an attachment via your personal project page “message board”.
